We know that choosing the right racket or shoe is a big decision. We want you to feel confident on the court!

If you change your mind:

If the gear doesn't feel right in your hand, you can return it within 2 days. Just please keep the plastic on the racket handle and don't take the shoes for a "test run" on the court yet! We can only accept returns that are in brand-new condition so the next player gets a perfect product.

If there is a defect:

We stand by the quality of our brands (Yonex, Li-Ning, etc.). If you notice a manufacturing flaw, send us a photo immediately. We will work with the brand to get you a replacement or a full refund as quickly as possible.
